Tenders Are Invited For Design Of Intervention Strategy And Action Plan For Clean Cooking In Sierra Leone The Overall Objective Of This Consultancy Is To Support The World Bank Team In Developing A Clean Cooking Intervention Strategy Which Will Inform The Design Of A New Clean Cooking Operation Under A Forthcoming World Bank Country Investment Project In Sierra Leone, As Well As Sierra LeoneS National Clean Cooking Strategy Currently Under Preparation. The Assignment Is Expected To Leverage The Existing Resources Developed By The World Bank And Other Development Partners. In Particular, The World Bank Has Recently Conducted A Clean Cooking Market Assessment, Which Synthesizes The Key Findings From (I) The Multi-Tier Framework (Mtf) Household Survey; (Ii) The Market Survey On Cookstove And Supply Chain; And (Iii) Desk-Based Research And Stakeholder Consultations By The Local Consultant. Building On The Market Assessment, The World Bank Is Seeking To Carry Out A Gap Analysis Which Will Identify The Key Barriers Faced By The Sector (E.G., Demand And Supply-Side, Financing, And The Wbg Reserves The Right To Publicly Disclose Contract Award Information, Including But Not Limited To, Name Of Company Receiving The Award, Brief Description Of Services, And Contract Award Amount, For Any Contract Award Valued Over Us$250,000.
