Digital Development Of Local Government Units And Strengthening Digital Resilience To Threats.2. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Purchase, Delivery, Installation, Configuration And Implementation Of Computer Hardware, Servers And Software As Part Of The Digital Municipality Project. 3. The Descriptions Or Technical Parameters Given In The List Of Objects Of The Order Should Be Treated As Minimum. Items Can Be Replaced With Other Commercially Available Items With The Same Or Better Functional Characteristics Than Those Listed In The Specification.6. The Contractor Shall Deliver The Devices At Its Own Expense And Risk To The Ordering Partys Registered Office Within The Time Limit Specified In The Contract. The Delivery Date Is Understood As The Day On Which The Contractor Delivers To The Ordering Party The Last Of The Devices Included In The Subject Of The Order, Free From Defects.7. The Contractor Is Liable For Damage Or Loss Of The Subject Of The Contract Until The Moment Of Signing The Handover Report By The Ordering Party.8. The Components Of The Sets Must Be Compatible With Each Other, Ensure Trouble-Free Cooperation, And Have The Necessary Elements Enabling The Devices To Work (Including Cabling).9. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver The Subject Of The Contract Brand New, Free From Defects And Not Showing Signs Of Use, Along With Current Attestations And Safety Certificates And The Requirements Of Norm.10. The Supplied Equipment Must Come From The Manufacturers Official Sales Channel For The Polish Market.11. The Contractor Is Obliged To Install It Equipment In The Locations Specified By The Employer.12. The Contractor Is Obliged To Configure The Ordered Equipment In Agreement With The Ordering Party.13. Installation Works Should Be Carried Out On Working Days Between 8:00-15:00.14. The Contractor Shall Provide As-Built Documentation Containing, In Particular, All Access Data To Devices And Systems That Will Be Used During The Installation And Configuration Of Equipment And Systems.15. The Contractor Shall Provide Technical Documentation For The Items: Technical Description Of The Devices, Warranty Cards, Documents Confirming The Compliance Of The Devices With Quality Standards And Specifications, Manuals In Polish, Etc.16. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out Min. 8 Hours Of Instruction For The Hardware And Software Administrator At The Ordering Partys Headquarters In The Scope Of Handling The Delivered Devices.17. The Ordering Party Requires That The Supplied Operating System Is Brand New, Unused And Never Activated On Another Device Before. The Ordering Party Requires That The Operating System Be Installed (Or Pre-Installed) By The Manufacturer Or Supplier Of The Equipment. The Ordering Party Requires That The Operating System Be Delivered With Appropriate, Original Legality Attributes, E.G. Certificates Of Authenticity. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Licensing Solutions Requiring Fixed Fees During The Use Of The Operating System.18. The Contractor Shall Provide A Quality Guarantee And A Warranty For Defects For The Delivered Subject Of The Order For A Minimum Period Of 24 Months, Counting From The Date Of Receipt Of The Subject Of The Order. The Terms And Conditions Of The Guarantee And Warranty Are Specified In Detail In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement. 19. In The Unit Price, The Contractor Shall Include In Particular: The Complete Subject Of The Order, Delivery, Transport, Loading And Unloading, Warranty Service And Other Costs Resulting From The Specificity Of The Order.20. All Names, Types And Origins Of Equipment Used In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Not Binding For Contractors, They Are Only Of An Auxiliary Nature. In The Case Of Names, Types Or Origins Used In The Description, They Are Accompanied By The Inscription Or Equivalent, Which Means That The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Products, Where An Equivalent Product Means A Product That Has The Same Features, Functions, Parameters And Quality Standards Or Better Than What Is Indicated In The Description By Name Or Origin.21.
