The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Hours Of Delivery And Departure Of Participants After Prior Agreement With The Contractor; - The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide An Appropriate Vehicle/Vehicles That Are Technically Efficient, Heated, Have Valid Insurance And Appropriate Technical Tests, Are Equipped With Seat Belts, And In Winter With Winter Tires; - In The Summer Season, The Contractor Shall Provide The Vehicle/Vehicles With The Possibility Of Turning On The Air Conditioning; - The Contractor Is Obliged To Immediately Notify The Employer In The Event Of A Vehicle Failure And A Replacement Vehicle.
