The Works To Be Supervised Consist Of: Demolition, Construction Of A Retaining Wall, Construction Of 2 New Building Bodies, Generator Set Building, Thermal Power Plant Building, Oxygen Station Building, Waste Building, Water Management, Rainwater Retention Basin, Pretreatment Space, External Networks, Vertical Systematization, Gate Cabin, Green Spaces, Fencing, Connections, Site Organization. The Provider Will Have The Role And Attributions Of The Site Manager, According To The Legislation In The Field (Order No. 1496/2011, Law No. 10/1995) And The Supervisor According To Prev. Gd No. 1/2018, With Modification And Compl. Subsequent. The Work Supervision Service Contract Through The Supervisor Includes The Activity Of A Key Expert (Supervisory Team Coordinator) And A Number Of Non-Key Experts Such As: Quality Assurance Engineer, Quantity Engineer, Site Supervisors, Occupational Health And Safety Coordinator , Other Personnel Considered Necessary For The Fulfillment Of The Contract. The Provider Will Have The Obligations And Responsibilities Specified In The Legislation In Force And In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Specifications, Specific To The Project Implementation Stages, Respectively: A) Preliminary Activities For The Issuance Of The Administrative Order For The Execution Of The Works, B) Activities During The Execution Of The Works, C) Post-Execution Activities, After Signing The Reception Minutes Upon Completion Of The Works. Suspense Clause: The Procedure For Awarding The Public Procurement Contract Is Initiated Under This Suspensive Clause, In The Sense That The Conclusion Of The Public Procurement Contract Is Conditional On The Allocation Of Budget Credits For This Purpose, The Signing Of The Contract Being Done In Compliance With The Provisions Regarding The Commitment Of Expenses From The Budgets Which Falls Under The Legislation On Public Finances.
