The Rap Audit Is Expected To Be Carried Out On The Completed Fishtown To Harper (50Km) Road Corridor Whereas The Annual E & S Audit Is Expected To Be Carried Out On The Mano River Union Road Development & Transport Facilitation Programme (Mru/Rdtfp) Phase I: Paving Of Karloken To Fishtown (80Km) And The Upgrading Of The Mano River Union Road Development & Transport Facilitation Programme (Mru/Rdtfp) Phase Ii: Paving Of Sanniquellie To Loguatuo (47.1 Km) And Fish Town Kelipo Road (20Km). The Main Objective Of The Rap Audit Are As Follows: Assess Success Of Implementing The Rap, And Its Impacts On The Quality And Standards Of Living Of Paps; Issue An Action Plan With Modalities For Relocating And/Or Compensating Paps From The High Embankment Area Of The 26Km Road; Issue An Action Plan And Modalities For Relocating Taxi Drivers From The Roundabout In Pleebo To The Lorry Park; Issue A Full Report On The Implementation Of The Rap In Accordance With The BankS Requirement Plan/Arrangement/Modalities To Resolve All Outstanding Rap Issues On The Project Unpaid Compensation, Undemolished Structures, Payment Made To Wrong Paps, Underpayments Etc., And Outline Procedure To Cascade Lessons/Recommendations From The Audit To Improve Rap Implementation And Related Issues On Mru1, Mru2 And Mru3.
