The Directorate For Administration And Financial Management (Dfø) V/ The States Purchasing Center Shall Carry Out A Procurement Of Joint State Agreements On The Rental Of Vehicles. The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Enter Into Joint Agreements That Cover The Clients Needs For Vehicle Hire. The Volume Of The Agreement Is Estimated At Between Nok 45-60 Million Annually, And A Total Of Nok 240 Million Over Four Years. The Agreements Total Maximum Value, Including Options, Is Nok 350 Million. The Joint Agreement Is Divided Into Two (2) Categories, One For Passenger Cars And One For Vans And Commercial Vehicles. For Passenger Cars, Joint Agreements Must Be Entered Into For A Total Of Seven (7) Partial Contracts. For The Vans And Commercial Vehicles Category, The Agreement Owner Intends To Enter Into One National Agreement. After Announcing The Competition, The Contract Owner Will Hold An Information Meeting About The Procurement On 19 April 2023, And Interested Suppliers Are Encouraged To Participate.
