The Subject Of The Procurement Is Mainly The Provision Of Transportation Services In Accordance With The Disability Services And Social Care Act In The Operating Area Of The Päijät-Häme Welfare Area. Transport Orders Are Forwarded By The Intermediary Center, Which Is Tendered Separately By The Päijät-Häme Welfare Area, To The Operators With Whom The Päijät-Häme Welfare Area Has Concluded Agreements For The Provision Of Passenger Transport Services. According To The Service Description. Several Tenders Can Be Organized Within The Dynamic Procurement System, The More Detailed Conditions Of Which Are Confirmed In The Tender Request For Each Tender. Joining The Dynamic Procurement System Does Not Oblige Operators To Participate In Tenders Within The System.
