The Subject Of The Contract Is To Develop A Concept, Write Scripts And Produce 6 Animated Short Films, 7 Minutes Each, In Accordance With The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Sopz) Constituting Annex 2 To The Essential Provisions Of The Agreement, Hereinafter Referred To As Ipu, The Contractors Offer Constituting Annex 3 To The Agreement , And The Schedule For The Implementation Of Activities Constituting Appendix No. 4, As Well As To Transfer The Proprietary Copyrights And Related Rights And The Exclusive Right To Allow The Performance Of Derivative Copyrights To Works To The Ordering Party In Exchange For Remuneration.2.
