1. Subject Of The Contract: The Investment Consists In The Construction Of An Additional Sanitary Facility On The Ground Floor Of The Building Of The 1St Ogólnokształcące High School For Them. Stefan Żeromskiego In Opoczno By Redeveloping The Back-Up Facilities Of The Chemical Workshop, So As To Separate The Necessary Sanitary Facilities. In Addition, As Part Of The Investment, It Is Planned To Renovate Part Of The Building, Some Rooms Listed Below And External Elements Of The Building And The Area Directly Adjacent To The Building. Some Rooms Will Be Reconstructed In Order To Adapt Them To The Applicable Regulations. As Part Of The Investment, It Is Planned To Equip The Building With A Photovoltaic Installation. Address: 26 – 300 Opoczno, Ul. Żeromskiego 3, (Plot No. 148/4, Precinct 13 Opoczno). Sources Of Financing: The Order Is Implemented Under The Governmental Fund Of Poland Program: Strategic Investments Program, Based On Resolution Of The Council Of Ministers No. 84/2021 Of July 1 2021 And Resolutions Amending And Covered By The Initial Promise Of Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego In Warsaw Regarding The Co-Financing Of The Investment No. Edycja3pgr/2021/4472/Polskilad2. As Part Of The Above-Mentioned Task, The Following Construction Works Are Planned: 2.1. Renovation Of Corridors As Part Of This Renovation, It Is Planned To Replace The Tiles On The Floor In The Corridor On The Ground Floor, Tear Off The Outer Walls Of The Suprema Corridors (From The Inside Of The Building), Plaster This Part Of The Walls, Replace All Doors With Frames, Lay Tiles On The Walls Of The Corridors On The Ground Floor, And Lay Tiles On The Corridors Floors With Pvc Lining - Up To The Height Of 1.60 M, Sand The Parquet On The Floors, Install A Suspended Ceiling On The Ground Floor, Enclose The Electrical Cable Trays That Are Mounted On The Walls, Replace The Lighting With Led Lamps, Putty And Paint The Walls And Ceilings Of The Corridors.2.2. Renovation Of The Staircases: As Part Of This Renovation, It Is Planned To Replace The Tiles On The Flights And Landings Of All Staircases, Paint The Balustrades, Install Braille Signs On The Handrails, Paint The Ceilings On The Undersides Of The Flights And Landings. 2.3. Renovation Of The Cloakroom Rooms In The Basement: As Part Of This Renovation, It Is Planned To Make A New Floor In The Cloakrooms With Its Insulation, And In The Adjacent Corridors Only A New Top Layer Of The Floor, Lay Tiles On The Walls Up To A Height Of 1.60 M, Replace The Lighting With Led Lamps, Putty And Paint The Walls And Ceilings Of These Rooms.2.4. Renovation With Reconstruction Of The Sanitary Facilities And Changing Rooms At The (Small) Gymnasium. As Part Of The Reconstruction, It Is Planned To Demolish Some Walls And Build New Ones In The Sanitary Room, So That The Dimensions Of The Sanitary Facilities Comply With Applicable Regulations, And The Dimensions Of Door Openings Are Adapted To The Regulations. As Part Of The Renovation, It Is Planned To Replace The Floor In The Cloakroom With Insulation, And In The Sanitary Room Only Tiles On The Floor, Lay Tiles On The Walls, Replace The Doors, Replace The Sanitary Fittings, Replace The Lighting With Led Lamps, Putty And Paint The Walls And Ceilings Of The Rooms.2.5. Renovation With Reconstruction Of The Sanitary Facility And Corridor At The Basement Level Next To The Corridor On The South Side As Part Of The Reconstruction, It Is Planned To Demolish Some Walls And Build New Ones In The Sanitary And Laundry Room, So That The Dimensions Of The Sanitary Facilities Comply With Applicable Regulations, And The Dimensions Of Door Openings Are Adapted To The Regulations. As Part Of The Renovation, It Is Planned To Replace The Floor - Tiles On The Floor In The Toilet And In The Corridor, Replace Some Of The Pipes Of The Sanitary Sewage System, Cover The Water And Sewage Pipes With G.K.I Boards, Lay Tiles On The Walls In The Toilet And In The Corridor, Replace The Internal Doors In The Toilet And In The Corridor , Install New Fittings, Replace The Lighting With Led Lamps, Paint The Walls And Ceilings Of The Rooms. 2.6. Renovation Of The Gym Room As Part Of This Renovation, It Is Planned To Remove The Panel Paneling From The Walls, Sand The Parquet On The Floor, Cover The Heating Pipes, Replace The Entrance Door To The Room, Replace The Lighting With Led Lamps, Putty And Paint The Walls And Paint The Ceilings. It Is Also Planned To Rebuild The Internal Stairs In The Room To Comply With The Regulations. 2.7. Renovation Of The Gym Room On The South Side, At The Pom. As Part Of This Renovation, It Is Planned To Replace The Floor In The Entire Room With A Sports Floor With Its Insulation, Renovate (Clean And Paint) The Gym Ladders, Replace The Lighting With Led Lamps, Service The Roof Windows, Paint The Walls And Ceilings Of The Room2.8. Replacement Of Windows In External Walls - Wooden Windows With Dimensions And Geometry As Existing. 2.9. Renovation Of The Studio Rooms - It Was Planned To Paint The Walls And Ceilings In 6 Classrooms. 2.10. Renovation Of The Directors Office As Part Of The Renovation, It Is Planned To Replace The Entrance Door To The Office With A Soundproof Door And Sand The Parquet Floor, Locate It In The Floor Panel Secretariat, Putty And Paint The Walls And Ceilings Of The Rooms, Replace Window Sills.2.11. Renovation Of The Roof Of The Educational Building. Within This Scope Of Works, The Chimneys Are To Be Repaired - Chip Off The Cracked Plaster, Fill In The Plaster Defects, Paint The Wall Surface With Concrete Paint, Complete The Silicone Treatment At The Junction Of The Flashings And The Plaster Of The Chimney Walls. It Is Planned To Clean The Roof Gutters, Replace Damaged Sections Of Flashings And Gutters. The Roof Covering Should Be Repaired, The Roof Should Be Covered With Heat-Welded Roofing Felt Once. The Lightning Protection System Must Be Replaced. It Is Also Planned To Repair The Roof In The Sports Hall - Covering It With Thermo-Weldable Roofing Felt, Cleaning The Roof Gutters.2.12. Repair Of The Band And Sidewalks Made Of Concrete Cubes Next To The Building. Part Of The Concrete Cubes On The Bands Around The Outer Walls Should Be Dismantled, The Sand Bedding Should Be Filled And Compacted, And The Cubes Should Be Laid Again. Resin Plaster Was Also Repaired. 2.13. Renovation Of The Walls Of The Light Baskets - The Wells Under The Windows In The Basement Level. It Was Assumed That The Plaster From The Walls Would Be Removed And A New One Would Be Made, The Walls Would Be Painted With Concrete Paint, The Gratings Protecting The Wells Would Be Painted. 2.14. Execution Of The Electrical Installation Of Emergency Lighting In The Building According To The Electrical Installation Design.2.15. Execution Of A Photovoltaic Installation With A Capacity Of Up To 50 Kw Based On An Electrical Installation Design. 2.16. Reconstruction Of A Part Of The Back Room Of The Chemical Laboratory On The Ground Floor For The Purpose Of A Sanitary Facility For Teaching And Administrative Staff. As Part Of The Reconstruction Of A Part Of The Back Room Of The Chemical Laboratory, It Is Planned To Separate A Part Of This Room With New Partition Walls From A Sanitary Facility That Meets The Requirements Of The Regulations, And To Perform All Required Installations. An Entrance Hole Should Be Made To The Rest Of The Back Room Of The Chemical Laboratory - In The Structural Wall, Install A Door. Paint The Rest Of The Walls And Ceilings In All Rooms. 2.17. Renovation Works In The Sports Hall It Was Assumed That The Fire Door To The Storage Room Of The Sports Halls Back Room Would Be Replaced, The Dividing Curtain In The Sports Hall Would Be Replaced, Along With The Removal Of Defects, And The Curtains Electric Motor Would Be Replaced.
