As Part Of The Extension And Reconstruction Of The Building Along With The Change Of Use, The Following Works Are Planned To Be Performed, In Accordance With The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works And The Design Documentation Attached To The Swz: • Demolition Of The Existing Gable Roof Over The Connector; • Construction Of Foundations For The Newly Designed Load-Bearing Walls; Execution Of A Reinforced Concrete Flat Roof With Lintels, Wreaths Above The Expanded Part Of The Building; • Demolition Of Existing Partition Walls - Location Of Walls To Be Demolished In Accordance With The Ground Floor Plan; • Execution Of Designed Penetrations, Widening Of Openings, Installation Of Lintels Made Of Steel Profiles; • Replacement Of Floors In Newly Designed Rooms, Anti-Slip Floors In Corridors - Complete Replacement Of Floors With Foundations In Rooms Located On The Ground, In Rooms Located Above The Basement In The Right Wing, After Removing The Existing Floor Finish (Gres, Carpet), Level The Surface And Make New Floors In Accordance With The Purpose Of The Rooms; • Construction Internal Driveway For The Disabled And Internal Stairs; • Construction Of Newly Designed Brick And Skeletal Partition Walls On A Steel Structure; • Construction Of Insulation Layers Of The Flat Roof, Supplementing The Roofing With Metal Tiles At The Connection Point Of The Existing Gable Roof Over The Connector With The Gable Roof In The Left Wing Of The Building And Replacement Of The Roofing Damaged During The Fire; • Replacement Of All Internal Doors; • Partial Disassembly Of The Existing External Joinery (Due To The Very Good Condition Of The Window And Door Joinery, It Should Be Dismantled And Prepared For Re-Assembly, The Location Of The Joinery Intended For Re-Assembly In Accordance With The Ground Floor Plan And Elevations) And Installation Of Newly Designed External Doors - Location In Accordance With The Architecture; • Partial Replacement Of Window Joinery On The Northern Façade In Connection With The Separation Of The Fire Zone - Location In Accordance With The Ground Floor Plan And Elevations; Along With A Finish Similar To The Existing Façade Finish; • Partial Replacement Of External Thermal Insulation Made Of Polystyrene Boards With Mineral Wool, Along With Finishing Layers, Location In Accordance With The Ground Floor Plan And Elevations (Within Separated Fire Zones And The Gable Wall Damaged During The Fire); • Partial Replacement Internal Electrical Installations - Details In The Technical Design Of The Electrical Industry; • Partial Replacement Of Internal Sanitary Installations - Details In The Technical Design Of The Sanitary Industry; • Installation Of The Air Handling Unit And Closing Of Existing Ventilation Openings; And Doors, Together With Puttying And Overall Painting Of The Wall Surface; • Installation Of A Roof Over The Entrance To The Building (Existing Roofs To Be Dismantled And Reassembled, Location Consistent With The Roof Projection And Elevations); • Finishing Works (Painting, Plastering, Flooring); • Installation Of Permanent Devices In The Sanitary Rooms, Including The Assembly Of Hpl System Walls; External Works: - Water Supply Connection - Construction Of A New Pedn90 Connection With A Water Meter Well To Supply The External Fire Hydrant Dn80 (Via A Pressure Boosting Set) And Liquidation Of The Existing Dn32 Water Supply Connection And Construction Of A New Pedn63 For Domestic And Economic; - Connection Of The Sanitary Sewage System - To The Existing Non-Outflow Tank For Liquid Waste; - Installation Of External Lighting; - Monitoring Installation; - Ramp For The Disabled - Elements Of Small Architecture: Municipal Waste Bins, Benches, Bicycle Racks, Garbage Shed; - Construction Of A Playground - Equipment With A Polyurethane Surface - Access Roads, Pavements On The Property With Parking Spaces - Construction Of A Fence - Planting Greenery And Other Works Listed In The Design Documentation. 2023 Tree Felling On The Part Of The Employer, The Contractor Will Remove Bushes Along With Stumps. Geodetic Services Along With As-Built Measurements Are The Responsibility Of The Contractor. All Colors And Types Of Materials To Be Built In To Be Agreed With The Ordering Party Each Time. The Order Is Not Divided Into Parts. Dividing The Contract Into Parts Would Be Unjustified For Economic And Organizational Reasons, As Well As Due To The Principles Of Construction Art. Two Or More Contractors On The Same Construction Site Or In Close Proximity To Each Other Would Disorganize The Work Of Each Of Them, Which Would Adversely Affect The Performance Of The Contract. The Contract Is Adapted To Smes. Requirements Related To The Performance Of The Contract In The Scope Of Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship Of Persons Performing Activities Indicated By The Contracting Authority In The Scope Of Contract Performance, If The Performance Of These Activities Consists In Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974. – The Labor Code Has Been Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Will Be Introduced To The Content Of This Contract;
