As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, Finishing Works In The Basement, Conference Room, Kitchen Facilities And Sanitary Facilities Should Be Carried Out In The Building Of The Fire Station Of The Volunteer Fire Service In Zelgnie. The Scope Of Works Includes, Among Others: 1) General Construction Finishing Works In The Basement Rooms No. 0/1 To 0/5 And Ground Floor Rooms No. 1/3 To 1/16, I.E.: A) Floors On The Ground With Sleepers; B) Floors On The Basement Ceiling With Underlayments; C) Construction Of Partition Walls; D) Execution Of Plasters; E) Execution Of Suspended Ceilings; F) Execution Of Gypsum Finishing Coats And Painting Of Walls And Ceilings; G) Wall And Floor Cladding Made Of Ceramic Tiles; H) Assembly Of Internal Door Woodwork; I) Construction Of The Entrance Terrace; J) Construction Of Stairs To The Basement; K) Thermal Insulation And Construction Of The Facade Of The Ground Floor Part Of The Building; 2) Sanitary Works In The Rooms Of The Ground Floor No. 1/3 To 1/16, I.E., Among Others: ;B) Installation Of Hot And Cold Tap Water; C) Implementation Of The Boiler Room Technology With The Installation Of An Air-Water Heat Pump; D) Implementation Of The Central Heating System In The Entire Building; E) Installation Of Mechanical And Gravitational Ventilation In Sanitary Facilities; 3) Electrical Works In The Basement Rooms No. 0/1 To 0/5 And Ground Floor Rooms No. 1/3 To 1/16, I.E.: A) Installation Of Plug Sockets; B) Execution Of The Lighting Installation; C) Installation Of A Photovoltaic Installation With A Capacity Of Min. 15, 64 Kwp; 4) Land Development, Including Making A Fence. 3. The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Contract, The Specification Of The Contract Conditions, Also Referred To As Swz, The Submitted Offer, The Principles Of Construction Art And Technical Knowledge, Applicable Standards, Regulations And Technologies Of Manufacturers Of Materials And Devices Used In The Execution Of The Contract And With: 1) Documentation Design Taking Into Account Solutions Facilitating Access To The Facility By All Users, Including The Disabled, Prepared By Ambit Pracownia Projektowa With Its Registered Office In Toruń At Ul. Chrobrego 85, 87-100 Toruń And The Sanitary Installation Design Office Insan Mirosław Hejbudzki, With Its Registered Office In Toruń At Ul. Rydygiera 40B/28, 87-100 Toruń; The Design Documentation Of The Fire Station In Zelgnie Covers The Entire Scope Of Works Necessary To Build And Commission The Facility. However, The Subject Of The Contract Covers Only Finishing Works. The Scope Of Works To Be Performed Under The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In Section 2, And Its Objective Reflection Is Provided As An Auxiliary - Made Available At The Stage Of The Contract Award Procedure - Bills Of Quantities Of Works. Utility. The Scope Of Works As Part Of The Agreed Remuneration Includes: 1) Geodetic As-Built Inventory Together With Geodetic And Cartographic Documentation Prepared As A Result Of Measurements (Basic Map 1:500 Or 1:1000 Covering The Entire Scope Of Works), Submission To The Poviat Geodetic And Cartographic Documentation Center In Toruń And Providing A Certified Copy To The Ordering Party Upon Receipt; 2) Notification And Preparation Of The Required Documentation For Connecting The Photovoltaic Installation To The Power Grid Of The Distribution Network Operator (Dso) On Behalf Of The Ordering Party On The Basis Of The Power Of Attorney Granted; 3) Technical And Start-Up Documentation With Health And Safety Instructions - In Accordance With Applicable Regulations Which Will Be Intended For The User; 4) Adjustment And Start-Up Of The Central Heating Installation, Boiler Room With An Air-Water Heat Pump And Photovoltaic Installation, User Training In The Use And Provision Of Instructions For Use And Operation Of The Built-In Devices; 5) Measurement And Testing Of The Electrical Installation , Including Lighting Intensity;6) Performing Water Tests In The Bacteriological And Physicochemical Range;7) Checking The Effectiveness Of Mechanical Ventilation And Performing Chimney Sweep Tests; 8) Performance Of Pressure Tests Of The Central Heating System; 9) As-Built Documentation, Described And Completed In Two Copies And, At The Prior Request Of The Employer, An As-Built Cost Estimate; 11) Documentation Necessary To Submit A Notice Of Completion Of Construction, Resulting From Art. 57 Of The Construction Law; 12) Tidying Up The Area After Completion Of The Works; 13) Other Works Related To The Construction Process.
