Tenders Are Invited For Reconstruction Of The Building Of The School And Kindergarten Complex In Tyniec Mały - Separating Additional Rooms.

1. The Subject Of The Investment Is The Reconstruction Of A Part Of The Existing School And Kindergarten Building Located In Tyniec Mały At Ul. Szkolna 2. The Scope Of The Reconstruction Includes:1.1. Construction Of A Classroom In The Place Of The Existing Corridor On The Ground Floor, 1.2. Execution Of Three Classrooms In Place Of The Existing Corridor On The +1.2 Floor. The Scope Of Works Includes Adjustment Of Internal Electrical, Water And Sewage, Ventilation And Heating Systems.3. As Part Of The Reconstruction, The Following Structural Works Are Planned:3.1. Making 5 New Window Openings In The External Load-Bearing Wall Of The 1St Floor.3.2. Making Installation Openings In The Existing Ceilings Above The Ground Floor And The First Floor.3.3. Execution Of Roof Bases For Installation Devices On The Flat Roof.3.4. Execution Of New Partition Walls Made Of Plasterboards On A Steel, System Frame On The Ground Floor And First Floor.4. As Part Of The Investment, The External Stairs And The Terrace Should Also Be Renovated.5. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Can Be Found In The Attached Design Documentation Developed By Agp Sp. Z O.O. And Partners - Limited Partnership, Wrocław, Al. Gen. Hallera 157/16, Constituting Appendix No. 5 To The Swz. 6. Obligations Of The Contractor:6.1. The Contractor Will Carry Out The Necessary Activities And Bear All Costs Related To The Organization And Maintenance Of The Construction Site, Including, Among Others, Media Supply For The Duration Of Construction, Marking, Fencing And Construction Protection. Note: Failure To Implement The Recommendations Of The Investors Supervision In The Field Of Occupational Health And Safety, Order At The Construction Site, Securing And Marking Its Area May Be, In Addition To Objections To The Implementation Of Works, The Basis For Refusing To Accept The Work Progress Report (Settlement Table).6.2. The Contractor Shall, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, Perform Activities That Are Necessary For The Performance Of The Contract, Such As, For Example, Reporting The Performance Of Works To The Relevant Authorities Or Services. The Contractor Will Conclude Contracts For The Supply Of Media, Which Will Then Be Assigned To The User Of The Facility Upon Its Handover.6.3. Construction Should Be Carried Out In The Least Disruptive Way For The Neighboring Buildings. In Particular, The Impact Of Dust And Noise On Neighboring Properties Should Be Prevented. Access Roads Must Also Be Kept In Order.6.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Organize Construction Councils At The Construction Site At Least Once Every Two Weeks With The Participation Of The Employer, Investors Supervision And, If Necessary, Authors Supervision And Other Persons, Depending On The Needs. The Meeting Will Provide Information On The Progress Of Works And Resolve Current Issues Related To The Construction. Inviting Representatives Of The Authors Supervision To The Meeting Requires Agreement With The Ordering Party.6.5. All Additional, Replacement Works And Works That Do Not Require Execution Should Be Described In The Necessity Report Prepared By The Contractor And Immediately Presented Together With A Detailed Valuation For Approval To The Supervision And Then To The Employer.6.6. The Contractor Shall Be Obliged To Prepare Photographic Documentation On An Ongoing Basis, Which In Particular Will Cover The Works Subject To Covering.6.7. The Contractor Will Develop As-Built Documentation In Bound, Described And Provided With A Table Of Contents In 2 Copies, Which Will Include, Among Others. Documents Regarding The Materials Used, Test And Test Reports, Construction Managers Statement, As-Built Geodetic Map, Photographic Documentation. In Addition, The Contractor Shall Provide A Set Of Design Documentation With Possible Changes Approved By The Authors Supervision And Supervision Inspector.6.8. The Contractors Duties Also Include Close Cooperation And Coordination Of The Dates Of Construction Works With The User (School And Kindergarten Complex In Tyniec Mały), In Particular Agreeing Each Time On Onerous Works (Noisy, Dangerous). It Is Also Necessary To Provide For The Execution Of Works Related To The Reconstruction For The Holiday Period.7. According To Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Specifies The Following Conditions For The Performance Of The Contract In The Scope Of Employing Employees By The Contractor And The Subcontractor:7.1. The Employer Requires That Activities Related To The Performance Of Construction Works Be Performed By Employees Employed Under An Employment Contract Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Act Of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code (Journal Of Laws 2022.1510, As Amended). 7.2. Each Time At The Request Of The Employer, Within The Time Limit Indicated By The Employer, Not Shorter Than 7 Working Days, The Contractor Undertakes To Submit For Inspection Copies Of Employment Contracts Concluded By The Contractor With Employees Performing Work. Copies Of Contracts Should Be Anonymized In A Way That Ensures The Protection Of Employees Personal Data, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of 10 May 2018 On The Protection Of Personal Data (Journal Of Laws 2019.1781) And The Gdpr Regulation (Journal Of Laws Eul.2016.119.1 ) (I.E. Without Residential Addresses, Employees Pesel Numbers). Information Such As: Name And Surname, Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, Type Of Employment Contract And The Scope Of The Employees Duties Should Be Identifiable.7.3. Failure By The Contractor To Submit Copies Of Contracts Concluded By The Contractor With Employees Performing Work Within The Time Limit Indicated By The Employer In Accordance With Point 7.2. Will Be Treated As Failure To Fulfill The Obligation To Employ Employees Providing Services Under An Employment Contract.
