The Subject Of The Contract Is Construction Works Related To The Adaptation Of The Former Boiler Room For The Needs Of The Company Archive.1. The Implemented Investment Task Includes: Renovation Of The Existing Part Of The Building (Boiler Room) With Internal Installations: Electrical, Sewage, Cooling, Heating, In Accordance With The Documentation Developed By Firma Handlowo-Usługowa A&A, 35-055 Rzeszów, Ul. Naruszewicza 13/8.2. The Rooms Covered By Construction Works Are Located In The Basement (Level -1) In The Building Of The Regional Directorate For Environmental Protection In Rzeszów. The Adaptation Will Include A Boiler Room With A Fuel Store. The Scope Of Works Is Mainly Based On Cleaning, Securing And Insulating The Existing Walls In The Above-Mentioned Room, As Well As Bricking Up Window And Door Openings That Are Unnecessary In The Operation Of The Archive. The Works In Their Scope Include Broadly Understood Floor Finishes, Which Were Selected On The Basis Of The Expected Function, As Well As The Replacement Of Doors With Expertly Selected Ones For The Planned Function. In The Archive Room, It Is Planned To Install Lighting Adapted To The Planned Conditions, As Well As A Supply And Exhaust System Ensuring Adequate Comfort And Operation Of The Adapted Archive Room.3. In The Scope Of External Works, After Excavation Of The External Walls And The Room After The Coal Chute, Preceded By The Demolition Of The Cobblestone Surface, Preparation Of The Base Of The Fuel Depot Ceiling (Chute) Preparation Of The Substrate For External Walls For Waterproofing, Waterproofing Of The Fuel Depot Ceiling (Chute) And External Walls, Backfilling Excavations And Reconstruction Of The Surface Next To The Building, Maintaining The Slope From The Building. External Works Were Subject To Notification To The Architectural And Construction Administration Authority. A Certificate Was Obtained Confirming That There Are No Grounds To Object To The Notification Of The Intention To Perform Construction Works.4. As Regards Internal Works In The Room Of The Former Fuel Depot, It Is Planned To Demolish The Partition Wall Under The Joist, Prepare The Wall Base From The Inside For Waterproofing, Renovate And Desalinate The Intermediate Ceiling, Perform Surface Desalination Of Walls And Ceilings, Complete And Level The Concrete Base (Existing Floor) , Waterproofing The Floor, Building A New Wall Under The Joist, Waterproofing The Walls From The Inside (From The Base Concrete Level To The Ceiling), Plastering, Painting The Room.5.
