Electronic Customer Service Office, Which Includes The Implementation Of The Following Elements: 1) Electronic Document Management System (Ezd), 2) Electronic Customer Service Office (Eboi) In The Form Of An Open E-Services Platform Available On The Internet, Integrating Reference And Domain Information Resources Of A Descriptive Nature In Order To Make Them Available To Users Authenticated On The Basis Of The National Electronic Identification Center And To Provide Related E-Services In The Form Of A Portal Compliant With Wcag 2.1, 3) Launching An Integrated Electronic Payment System To Handle Transactions Related To E-Services, 4) Creation And Provision Of A Mobile Application Enabling The Handling Of Eboi, Available For Android And Ios Systems, 5) Launching A Bus Integrating Epuap/Edelivery, Ezd, Eboi And Domain Systems, 6) Launching Min. 9 E-Services, Including 3 At The 5Th Maturity Level, 5 At The 4Th Maturity Level And 1 At The 3Rd Maturity Level, 7) Conducting Training For Employees. A Full Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Appendix 1 To The Tor - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz). Obligations Contractors Related To The Performance Of The Contract (In Parts 1, 2 And 3 Of The Contract) Are Also Included In Chapter Xxv Of The Swz Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Will Be Introduced To The Content Of This Contract.
