Maintenance Of Electro-Mechanical (E/M) & Plumbing Installations In The Buildings Of H.D.I.K.A. Sa. The Object Of The Contract Is The Supervision Of The Operation And The Maintenance Of The Electromechanical (Computer) Of The Data Center & The Hydraulic Installations And Buildings Of H.D.I.K.A. S.A. At 10 Lykourgou Street & 101 Syngrou Street, Which Will Be Carried Out By The Contractor With The Necessary Technical Personnel Who Will Have The Formal And Substantive Qualifications Required By The Current Legislation And Will Have The Obligation Of The Legal Responsibility Of The Facilities, The Operation Of The Facilities, The Complete Maintenance Of The Machines And Facilities, The Periodic Maintenance As Described Below, As Well As The Readiness On A Twenty-Four Hour Basis To Deal With Emergencies. It Will Include The Employment Of Three (3) Employees Of The Contractor, Licensed Electricians Installers Of The A Specialty Who Will Assign Them To H.D.I.K.A. S.A. In 24-Hour Shifts Including Saturdays, Sundays And Holidays.
