This Is Described In The Tender Documents Prepared By Ir Group Ltd. This Involves The Following Works: Fencing Off The Proposed Site Area And Maintaining Escape Routes To All Fire Exits. Block 1 Allow To Uplift Existing Carpet And Prep Floors In All Areas Required. Block 1 Install A New Break Out Space Next To Room37 With Sliding Doors, As Well As Supply And Install Of New Carpet Tiles In Rooms 21, 31 & 37. Block 2 Allow To Uplift Existing Hessian Board Above Dado Rail Height. Allow To Ease Windows And Overhaul Window Winder Mechanisms To All Front And High-Level Windows. Block 2 Install New Acoustic Ceiling Panels To Rooms 2, 5, 6, 7 & 18. Install New Autex Composition Board To Rooms 2, 5, 6 & 7. Block 16 Uplift Carpet And Remove Pinboard Where Necessary. Remove Existing Windows At The Front And Rear Of The Block And Look To Reinstate These. Block 16 Install New Timber Decking And Steps To The North End Of The Classrooms. Complete Internal Upgrades To Rooms 4, 8 & 16 As Follows: New Autex Composition Board Wall Coverings, New Carpet Tiles And Vinyl Flooring, New Acoustic Ceiling Panels And New Aluminum Insert Windows. Leave Site Clean And Tidy. See Attached The The Relevant Tender Documents And Further Details Of The Work Required. All Contractor Workers On Site Will Be Required To Be Police Vetted. The Successful Tenderer Will Be Required To Sign The Standard Moe Medium Works Contract (Attached As Part Of The Tender Package).
