The Project Includes The Following Components: Consulting Services Through The Selection Of Individual Local Consultants To Implement The Activities Of Value Chain Interventions For The Following Products (Onions - Honey - Coffee) Through Business Consulting And Training Activities, Consulting Services Through Quality And Cost-Based Selection ( Cqbs ) From A Short List Of National Consulting Offices For Activities Related To The Communication And Marketing Component Of The Products, Advisory Services Through Selection On The Lowest Cost Basis From A Short List Of National Advisory Offices For Activities Related To The Financial Audit Of The Grant, Purchase Through National Shopping For The Following: (A) Purchase Of An E-Commerce Platform, (B) Purchase Of Mechanisms Related To Sorting And Packing Products. Contracts Financed By The Islamic Development Bank Are Procured Through The Procedures Specified In The Instructions For The Procurement Of Goods, Works And/Or Related Services For Projects Financed By The Islamic Development Bank Issued In April 2019, And This Process Is Opened To All Qualified Bidders In Accordance With What Is Indicated In The Instructions.
