Basic Scope Of Works: A) Construction Of A New Station Building In Steel Hall Technology, Adjacent To The Existing Suw Building, B) Delivery And Installation Of A New Technological Water Treatment System, C) Delivery And Installation Of 1 Treated Water Storage Tank With Capacity Of 25 M3, D) Construction Of A New Deep Well - With A Capacity Of 28 M3/H And A Planned Depth Of > 100 M, E) Construction Of Water, Sewage And Electricity Networks/Connections, F) Renovation Of Backwater Tanks, G) Construction Of An Exit From A Public Road And Communication Within The Station Area, H) Delivery Of A Mobile Power Generator Up To 50 Kw, With A Light Roof.3. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Divided Into 2 Stages: 1) Stage I Of The Task - Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Water Treatment Plant Along With The Necessary Infrastructure, Including Construction And Technical Infrastructure, Prepared On The Basis Of The Functional And Utility Program (Pfu) And Obtaining A Building Permit. A Multi-Discipline Construction Design Is To Include: - Land Development Design, - Architectural And Construction Design, - Technical Design; Structural Designs Along With The Method Of Assembling Structures And Devices To The Ground, If Necessary, Technological Designs. As Part Of The Construction And Detailed Design, The Contractor Is Obliged To Detail The Solutions That Are Described In The Fup, And Also Propose Other Solutions Than In The Fup, If Obtained In This Way There May Be Benefits For The Quality, Cost Reduction Or Improvement Of The Usability Of The Erected Facilities. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Approve Or Reject Such Changes In The Initial Period Of Design Works. Its Destiny.
