1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Horizontal And Vertical Markings In The Commune Of Michałowice Increasing The Safety Of Road Users.2. The Works Included In The Subject Of The Order Consist In Replacing And Supplementing The Vertical And Horizontal Markings, Made Of The Contractors Materials.3. Within The Scope Of Works To Be Performed, The Contractor Performing The Order Will Be Obliged To Perform Such Works As: 1) Assembly And Foundation Of New Road Signs, Vertical Markings On Municipal Roads, 2) Removal Of Damaged Road Signs And Posts, 3) Replacement And Assembly Of Damaged Road Signs, Including Illegible, 4) Replacement Of Damaged And Installation Of New Road Mirrors, 5) Implementation (Renewal) Of Road Markings With Chlorinated Rubber Paint With The Addition Of Retroreflective Microgranules For Marking Asphalt And Concrete Surfaces - Pedestrian Crossings, Road Division Lines, Car Parks, Intersections, Roundabouts, Speed Bumps, 6) Execution Of Thick-Layer Road Markings Made Of Cold-Smooth Cold-Curing Compound, 7) Installation Of Reflective Signs (Cats Eyes) At Speed Bumps, 8) Replacement And Installation Of New Sim Plates With The Names Of Streets And Posts, In The Michałowice Commune, In The Form And Shape Hitherto Used.4. The Full Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Method Of Execution Of The Works Were Specified By The Employer In The Following Documents: 1) Bill Of Quantities Constituting Appendix No. 7 To The Swz, 2) Detailed Technical Specification (Hereinafter Referred To As The Ts) Constituting Appendix No. 8 To The Swz, 3) Offer Cost Estimate Constituting Appendix No. 9 To The Swz .5. Terms And Conditions Of The Guarantee And Warranty1) The Contractor Undertakes To Provide A Guarantee Within The Meaning Of Art. 57 Of The Civil Code For The Entire Scope Of The Contract. 2) The Contractor Shall Provide The Employer With A Quality Guarantee For The Works Performed And The Materials Used In The Field Of Vertical And Horizontal Marking On Municipal Roads And Sim Plates For A Period Of Not Less Than 24 Months From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Contract.
