The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of Services For The Task Entitled Crushing Stones And Rubble Stored In The Commune Of Pępowo. 3.2. The Scope Of The Basic Order Includes The Performance Of A Comprehensive Stone And Rubble Crushing Service, Including Loading The Material To The Crusher And Servicing It. The Aggregate Obtained During Crushing Should Have A Fraction Of Up To 90 Mm. The Estimated Amount Of Material To Be Crushed Is Approximately 7,000 Tonnes Of Stones And Rubble Stored In The Following Locations: - Landfill In Krzekotowice - 2,700 Tonnes - Landfill In Babkowice - 1,300 Tonnes - Landfill In Siedlec - 1,800 Tonnes - Landfill In Czeluścin - 1,200 Tonnes. Stationary, The Transport Of The Crushed Material To The Site Within The Crushing Area Will Be On The Part Of The Contractor. The Crushing Machine Should Be Equipped With A Measuring Device To Determine The Amount Of Crushed Material. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Verify The Fraction Of The Crushed Material. In The Absence Of The Appropriate Fraction, The Contractor Is Obliged To Repeat The Crushing (This Will Not Result In Extending The Deadline For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract). Crushed Material Should Be Placed On A Heap, And Segregated Elements That Are Not Construction Rubble (Metal Elements, Foils, Etc.) Should Be Placed On Separate Heaps.
