The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of A Pedestrian And Bicycle Footbridge On The Mru Hydrotechnical Facility In Order To Increase The Tourist Attractiveness Of The Skąpe Commune, Which Is Co-Financed From The Funds Of The Rural Development Program For The Years 2014-2020.2. The Scope Of Works Includes Works Resulting From The Design Documentation, In Particular: 1) Bridge Works, 2) Execution And Assembly Of A Steel Structure, 3) Anti-Corrosion Protection, 4) Assembly Of Elastomer Bearings With Multi-Directional Sliding Joint With Grout, 5) Execution And Assembly Of A Steel Railing 120 Cm With Anti-Corrosion Protection, 6) Assembly With Fastening Elements: The Upper Sleeper Of The Footbridge Made Of Oak Hardwood Boards, 7) Assembly With Fastening Elements: Hardwood Stringers, 8) Construction Of A Gravel Wall With A Concrete Edge 30X8,9) Construction Of A Pavement Made Of Concrete Cubes 8 Cm With A Concrete Rim 30X8 And A Resistor, 10) Disassembly Of Protruding Elements From The Bearing Niche, 11) Measurement And Surveying Works. 3. The Works To Be Performed As Part Of The Task Will Be Carried Out On Land Plot No. 335/3, Precinct 0004 Międzylesie, Registration Unit 080803_2 Skąpe, Belonging To The State Water Holding Polish Waters - Regional Water Management Authority In Wrocław, For Which The Employer Has A Contract Of Use No. Wr.Rum.233.7.399.2021/S Of September 14, 2021. 4. All Materials Used In The Investment By The Contractor Must Have Attestations And Be Approved For Use In Construction. 5. The Scope Entrusted To The Contractor Will Include All Works Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, In Accordance With The Existing Design Documentation, As Well As The Contract With The Contractor. 6. The Detailed Scope Of Works To Be Performed Is Described In The Tor, Design Documentation, Technical Specification And The Bill Of Quantities - Appendix 2 To The Contract.7. The Contractors Duties Will Include I.A. Execution Of The Indicated Elements Of Works In The Documentation, As Well As Those That Will Result From The Assessment Of Site Conditions, Preparation Of Geodetic As-Built Documentation, As Well As Compliance With The Provisions Of Decisions, Arrangements, Conditions, Approvals, Arrangements, Etc., Obtained By The Employer In Order To Complete The Subject Of The Contract. 8. Construction Works Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Design Documentation Developed By Pracownia Projektowa M-Trakt, Ul. Bohaterów Westerplatte 11 Rooms 334, 65-034 Zielona Góra And The Building Permit Decision No. 380/2021 Of August 23, 2021. Issued By The District Office In Świebodzin.9. The Contractor Will Carry Out The Works Using Materials, Equipment And Devices Of Its Own, Which It Will Purchase And Deliver To The Construction Site At Its Own Expense And Risk. The Cost Of All Materials, Equipment And Devices, The Delivery Of Which Is Charged To The Contractor, Used To Perform The Task Referred To In Section 1 Above Is Included In The Contractors Remuneration Referred To In § 7 Of The Agreement. 10. The Contractor Declares That He Has Familiarized Himself With The Subject Of The Task And The Design Documentation, Has Recognized The Scope Of Works Necessary To Be Performed As Part Of The Project, Which He Has Priced In His Offer. Moreover, The Contractor Declares That The Works Covered By The Contract Fall Within The Scope Of Its Activity And Performs Such Works Professionally.11. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Agree On Proposals For Material Solutions And Parameters Planned For The Installation Of Devices. The Use By The Contractor Of Materials And Devices Indicated By The Ordering Party Does Not Release The Contractor From Liability If He Has Not Warned The Ordering Party About The Risks Associated With The Use Of Specific Materials And Devices.
