Building Permit No. 112/20.02.2023, Issued By The District Governor Of The District With The Administrative Center Of Varna, Has Been Issued For The Site. An Investment Project Was Developed And Approved At The Request Of The Contracting Authority, In Accordance With The Volume Possibilities Of The Premises And Technology, According To The Regulatory Requirements. The Amount And Type Of Construction And Installation Works Are Described In Detail In Appendix No. 1 - Technical Specification. The Purpose Of The Public Procurement Is To Carry Out A Major Renovation Of Part Of The Premises Of The Library In The Building Of The Rectorate Of The Medical University-Varna (Offices, Reading Rooms, Common Areas, Etc.), Taking Into Account The Increased Number Of Students Accepted For Training And Functional Optimization And Change Of The Layout By Removing Non-Load-Bearing Walls, Additional Functional Partitioning Of Rooms With Glass Partition Walls And Installation Of A Loading Platform Next To An Existing One-Story High Service Staircase. With The New Functional Distribution, The Capacity Of The Library Will Be Increased (Increased Workplaces And Seats In The Reading Rooms), The Work Of The Service Staff Will Be Facilitated, The Circulation And Registration Mode During Operation Will Be Optimized And Improved, The Functional Distribution Of Work Will Be Optimized Places And The Expositions Of Periodical And Other Literature In The Reading Rooms.
