The Order Includes: Extension, Superstructure And Reconstruction, Including Change Of Use Of The Workshop And Administration Building Into A Public Utility Building In Markowa On Plot No. Parking Lots And External Installations, In Order To Create A Housing Care Center (Com) In Markowa. The Order Includes The Design And Execution Of Works As A Result Of Which The Com Building And Its Surroundings Will Be Fully Accessible To People With Disabilities. The Scope Includes: 1) Designing, Obtaining Legally Required Decisions (Including Obtaining A Building Permit), Permits And Arrangements Necessary To Implement The Investment In The Field Of Building Expansion (On Behalf Of And For The Employer), Including: A) Concept, B) Design Multi-Branch Construction (Containing The Necessary Arrangements And Opinions In Accordance With The Construction Law, Decisions, Inventories, Tests, Etc.) Which Should Include: - Technical Design Containing The Descriptive Part And Drawing Attachments, - Architectural And Construction Design Containing The Descriptive Part And Drawing Attachments, - Land Development Plan. The Construction Design Must Meet The Conditions Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development Of September 11, 2020 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of The Construction Design (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1679) And The Construction Law Act, C) Industry Executive Designs, D ) Investors Cost Estimates, E) Bills Of Quantities, F) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, G) Bioz Information, H) If Necessary, Necessary Technical Expertise, Tests, Excavations, Etc. 2) Implementation Of Construction Works On The Basis Of The Developed Design Documentation And The Obtained Decision, A Building Permit, I.E. Extension, Superstructure And Reconstruction Along With A Change Of Use Of The Workshop And Administration Building To A Public Utility Building In Markowa In Order To Create A Residential Care Center (Com) In Markowa, Including, Among Others: A) Reconstruction , Superstructure And Expansion Of The Building. B) Implementation Of The Foundations And Insulation Of The Building. Installations: - Sanitary: Hot And Cold Water, Hydrant, Hot Water And Fire Protection, Natural Gas-Fired Central Heating Boiler House And Central Heating, Gravity Ventilation, Sanitary Sewage System, - Internal Electrical Installations, Air Conditioning, Ventilation, - Telecommunication And Low-Voltage Installations, Including Monitoring, Call Installations In Each Com Room Where They Will Be People With Disabilities And A Fire Protection System And An Intercom, E) Execution Of External Installations And Connections (Replacement Or Execution Of A New Telecommunication, Water Supply, Sanitary And Rainwater Drainage Connection, Or Other), F) Demolition Of Part Of The Structural Walls (Including The Necessary Binders) , Demolition Of Part Of The Partition Walls, Construction Of New Partition Walls In Order To Change The Functional Layout, Construction Of Floors - New Interior Design To Adapt To The Needs Of Creating A Com (Ground Floor And First Floor). The Final Scope Of The Reconstruction, Extension And Superstructure Shall Be Agreed With The Employer At The Stage Of Developing The Concept And Construction Design. 3) Land Development For The Needs Of Com: A) Reconstruction Of The Fence On The Eastern Side Of The Plot Border And Fencing The Remaining Part Of The Area, B) Felling Or Caring For Trees And Introducing New Plantings, Including The Restoration Of Lawns, The Necessary Supplementation Of The Topsoil Layer, C) Reconstruction Of The Existing / Construction Of New External Communication Routes (Walking Paths, Sidewalks, Access Road, Parking Spaces), D) Construction Of Outdoor Lighting, E) Construction Of Small Architecture Devices And Objects, Including Benches, Tables, Gazebos, Litter Bins, Barbecue Area, Outdoor Gym, Panel Sensory Garden And Vegetable Garden.4) Preparation Of Acceptance Documentation, Including As-Built Documentation Based On The Construction And Detailed Design, Conducting Tests, Tests Necessary To Assess The Quality Of Works And Other Documents Provided For In The Provisions Of The Construction Law Act And Other Specific Regulations, Obtaining A Final Decision Allowing The Use Of The Facility By The Pinb In Łańcut, In Accordance With Joke. 54, 56 And 57 Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 2351, Of 2022, Item 88, As Amended).5) Obtaining An Occupancy Permit For And On Behalf Of Of The Employer (Including Competent Authorities And Institutions, I.E. Pinb, Sanepid, Fire Protection Services - To The Extent Required). The Detailed Material Scope Of Construction Works To Be Performed As Part Of The Contractors Duties Is Presented In Annexes No. 11 To The Swz:1) Functional-Utility Program, 2) Room And Area Development Concept, 3) Bill Of Quantities, 4) Inventory, 5) Construction Expertise, 6) Geotechnical Conditions For Foundation Of The Building.
