The Contractor Shall Provide All Documents And Instructions In The Polish Language Version.3. 6 If References To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contracting Authority Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. When Analyzing The Procurement Documentation, The Contractor Should Assume That Each Reference Referred To In Art. 101 Of The Public Procurement Law Used In The Tender Documentation Is Accompanied By The Word Or Equivalent.
