The Subject Of The Order Must Be New, Unused And Unrefurbished, In Perfect Condition And Must Meet All The Requirements Of The Current Legislation Of The Slovak Republic For The Purposes Of Use In A Medical Facility. An Integral Part Of The Order Is The Transport Of The Object Of The Order To The Agreed Place Of Delivery, Unloading On Site Deliveries, Unpacking And Disposal Of Packaging, Handing Over Written Documents Necessary For The Acquisition Of Ownership Rights To The Subject Of The Order, Provision Of User Documentation For The Subject Of The Order Necessary For Proper And Error-Free Use Of The Subject Of The Order For The Specified Purpose In Accordance With All Legal Regulations, Especially, But Not Only Exclusively: Instructions For Use Of The Subject Of The Contract, Complete User Documentation, Technical Service Documentation, Completion And Commissioning Of The Subject Of The Contract (Installation) With The Issuance Of A Certificate Of Installation, Testing Of The Functionality And Operability Of The Delivered Subject Of The Contract, Training Of The Staff Of The Public Contracting Authority On The Correct Use Of The Subject Of The Contract With By Issuing A Certificate Of Training Containing A List Of Names Of Trained Personnel, As Well As Providing Or Ensuring Warranty Repairs In The Event Of Defects In The Subject Of The Contract During The Warranty Period, Including Regular Safety And Electrical Inspections According To The Manufacturers Recommendations And Valid Sr Legislation During The Warranty Period. If Software Drivers And Licenses For Them Are Necessary For Putting The Subject Of The Order Into Operation And Its Proper Use, The Provision Of These Software Drivers And The Granting Of All Licenses To Them To The Extent Necessary For The Proper, Undisturbed And Unrestricted Use Of The Subject Of The Order, Including Its Software Components, Are Also Part Of The Order And Accessories.
