The Recommended Bus Hub And Main Street Placemaking Option Will Need To Prioritise Accessible Integration With Active Modes And Help To Reduce The Dependence On Private Motor Vehicles As The Preferred Transport Option To Access The City Centre. The Ssbc Will Seek To Explore The Effect An Improved Facility May Have In Growing Public Transport Patronage Amongst Other Transport, Place And Community Benefits, And To Determine The Preferred Way Forward To Maximise The Return On Investment.
