The Main Activities Within The Scope Of The Public Procurement Are As Follows: [Activity 1] Preparatory Activities [Activity 2] Administration Of The Design And Construction Contract, Including But Not Limited To: Quality Control And Management, Cost Control And Management, Time Control; [Activity 3] Assessment Of The Compliance Of The Investment Project With The Essential Requirements For Construction (Of All Parts Of The Work Project, Including The Constructive Part), According To The Mandatory Scope Of Art. 142 And Art. 166 Of The Zut; [Activity 4] Exercising Construction Supervision During Construction And Installation Works, According To The Requirements Of Zut, The Delivery And Installation Of Machines, Facilities And Technological Equipment. The Consultant Will Carry Out Construction Supervision During The Implementation Of The Object Within The Scope Of His Responsibility, Defined In Art. 168 Of The Zut; [Activity 5] Inspection And Control Of The Delivered And Used Construction Products, According To Art. 169 B Para. 1 Of Zut; [Activity 6] Performing The Functions Of A Safety And Health Coordinator In The Sense Of Ordinance No. 2/22.03.2004 Of The Mrrd And Mtsp On Minimum Requirements For Health And Safety Working Conditions When Carrying Out Construction And Assembly Works; [Activity 7] Coordinate The Design, Supply, Construction And Commissioning Contract With Interacting Contracts On Other Projects; [Activity 8] Compilation And Registration Of Technical Passport/S Of The Construction, According To The Requirements Of Art. 176 A) And B) Of The Zut And Ordinance No. 5/28.12.2006 Of The Mrrb On The Technical Passports Of Constructions; [Activity 9] Concluding Activities.
