The Subject Of The Contract Is Partial Repair Of Municipal Roads With Asphalt Surfaces In The Municipality Of Wręczyca Wielka. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver To The Place Of Works The Materials Necessary For Their Execution By Means Of Its Own Transport, At Its Own Expense And Risk. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Subject Of The Agreement From New, Own Materials. The Materials Used Should Meet The Quality Requirements Of Products Approved For Trading And Use In The Construction Industry And The Requirements Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Mineral-Asphalt Mix Should Be Made In A Bitumen Mixing Plant And Delivered To The Installation Site In Thermos Flasks. The Scope Of Works Includes Embedding 200 T Of Bituminous Mass, However, By May 31, 2023, Approx. On October 31, 2023 At Each Request Of The Employer. The Works Will Include In Particular: - Chiseling Out The Damaged Bituminous Surface - Giving Regular Edges By Mechanical Incision Or Milling, - Removing Water, Bringing The Damaged Place To A Dry State - Cleaning And Deepening The Repaired Place, At Least To 8 Cm. With A Fraction Of 0-31.5 Mm - Sprinkling The Entire Surface Of The Repaired Site With Asphalt Emulsion, - Hot-Laying The Bitumen Mass, - Leveling The Repaired Site By Rolling, - Covering The Edge Of The Repaired Site With Asphalt Sealant, - Clearing, Transporting And Utilizing The Resulting Rubble. The Above Amounts Are Indicative And May Change During The Execution Of The Order. The Settlement For The Works Performed Will Be Made According To The Unit Price Given By The Contractor For The Incorporation Of 1 T Of Bituminous Mass. Places For Renovation Will Be Indicated Each Time By An Employee Of The Office, And After The Service Is Performed, An As-Built Cost Estimate Will Be Prepared On The Basis Of The Measurement, Which Will Be The Basis For Issuing An Invoice. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Specified In The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Appendix No. 8 To The Swz) And The Bill Of Quantities (Appendix No. 9 To The Swz).
