Request For Proposals Are Invited For Operation And Maintenance Of Waste Water Treatment Plant At Nhlangano Industrial Estate Operation And Maintenance Of Nhlangano Industrial Estate Waste Water Treatment Plant: An Activated Sludge Treatment Plant Consisting Of One Mechanical Inlet Works With Screw Compactor, Grit Removal And Classification, Aeration Basin With One Mixer And Three Aerators (Providing Anaerobic/Anoxic And Aerobic Zones), One Clarifier, Pump Station, Two Sand Filters, Two Sludge Lagoons, Chlorine Dosing Unit, Treated Effluent Reservoir And Treated Effluent Recycle Pump Station. Basic Functions And Responsibilities: 5.1 Administration & Engineering Appropriate Administration And Engineering For The Operation And Maintenance Of The Wwtp, Including, But Not Limited To: Contract Administration. Service Level Agreement Management. Engineering Inputs To Operation And Maintenance Requirements. Liaison With Eipa And Reporting To Eipa. Invoicing For Operational Service And Maintenance. Invited Tenderers Should Collect Tender Documents From The 30Th March 2023 At The Reception, 1St Floor, Building 1, Sibekelo Building, Mhlambanyatsi Road, Mbabane, Eswatini Upon Payment Of A Non-Refundable E500.00 (Five Hundred Emalangeni Only). Nhlangano Industrial Estate Is Equipped With A Wastewater Treatment Plant That Treats Wastewater Load Generated Primarily By 3 Textile And Apparel Operations Within The Nhlangano Industrial Estate. The Domestic Sewage Load Received At The Wwtp Is Generated By 2000+ Persons Employed Within The Nhlangano Industrial Estate. An Average Wastewater Flow Of 2000 M3/Day And Peak Flow Of 2500 M3/Day Is Estimated. It Is Assumed That The Wwtp Was Originally Designed To Treat 4000 M3 /Day.
