Based On A Concept Sketch, Carried Out By Hagen Landscape, The Straumsvågen Local Environment Area Is To Be Designed In Detail. The Idea Sketch As It Exists Was Too Expensive To Implement. It Has Therefore Been Chosen To Remove/Replace Certain Elements, See Appendix 4. The Straumsvågen Local Environment Area Must Have Planting, Lighting And Benches, A Bathing Jetty/Floating Jetty, Paving And An Amphitheater Will Be Built, And A Gap Hut Will Be Established. A Hiking Trail Will Be Established, A Paddle Tennis Court Will Be Constructed And An Area For Climbing Activities And An Obstacle Course Will Be Established. A Toilet Building Will Be Established Adjacent To The Existing Pump House For Sewage. There Are Detailed Drawings For Gap Huts And Sanitary Facilities, See Appendices 5 And 6. Please Note That The Wc Must Be Placed To The South Of The Pump House, As The Entrance To The Pump House Is In The North. Design Manual For Bruhagen Should Be The Guide For The Detailed Design, See Appendix 7. In 2022 Was Culverted Under Averøyveien, In The Western Part Of The Area Replaced And The Area Around The Culvert Plastered.
