Tenders Are Invited For Expert Services For Intelligent Traffic, Automation And Mobility Services

The Target Of This Dynamic Procurement System (Hereinafter Dps) Is The Expert Services Of Intelligent Traffic, Automation And Mobility Services For The Finnish Transport And Communications Agency Traficom And The Finnish Road Administration. Assignments Can Be Either Traficoms Or Väylävirastos Own, Or Shared By Both Agencies. The Professional Services That Are The Subject Of Procurement Can Be National And International Tasks Related To The Development And Implementation Of Services In Accordance With The Intelligent Transport Directive, Other New Mobility Services And Other Intelligent Transport, Such As Road Traffic Automation, Data Traffic Management Or Technologies. The Dps Of Expert Services For Intelligent Traffic, Automation And Mobility Services Is A Single Entity That Includes 19 Different Subject Areas As Described In More Detail In The Description Of The Dps In Appendix 1. The Necessary Expertise Mainly Concerns Road Traffic In The Subject Areas In Question. When Submitting An Application For Participation, The Candidate Applies To A Group Comprising All 19 Subject Areas. You Do Not Apply For Different Subject Areas Separately. For The Sake Of Clarity, It Is Stated That A Journalist Applying To Dps Does Not Have To Have Expertise In All Subject Areas. The Internal Dps Tenders Carried Out By Traficom And The Norwegian Railways Agency Can Concern One Or More Different Subject Areas. Suppliers Approved For Dps Can Offer Their Services For Those Assignments For Which They Have The Expertise And Necessary Resources Specified In The Request For Tenders Of The Internal Competition, Taking Into Account The Expert Service That Is The Object Of The Procurement.
