The Kindergarten Was The Object Of A Previous Intervention, Which Included The Repair And Modification Of The Existing Building, Plus An Extension That Was Carried Out Towards The East Side, But The Works Were Left Abandoned For A Long Time, Suffering General Deterioration And Vandalism. As A Consequence Of The Above, In A First Stage, The Repair Of The Existing First Floor Was Carried Out, Leaving Other Sectors Pending, So The Present Project Will Now Focus On The General Improvement Of The Second Level Of The Existing Building. The Change Of Partition Walls, Ceilings, Pavements, Change Of Doors And Windows With Their Protections, Installation Of Sanitary Devices, Sanitary, Electrical Installation, Heating And Change Of Roof Will Be Carried Out. It Also Includes The Improvement Of Outdoor Spaces. Intervened Surface Reaches 298.86 M2 (Building).
