In Particular, The Ordering Party Is Entitled To: 1) Request Declarations And Documents In The Scope Of Confirmation Of The Fulfillment Of The Above-Mentioned Requirements; Requirements And Assessing Them, 2) Requesting Clarifications In Case Of Doubts Regarding The Confirmation Of Compliance With The Above Requirements.
