The Practice Of This Type Of Agreements Has Proven To Be A Useful Tool And It Is Strategic To Continue Using It To Continue Efficiently Leading The Housing And Early Recovery Sector Of Action Plans In Response To Natural Disasters. The Long-Term Contracts Will Allow To Accompany The Country In An Efficient And Timely Manner In The Immediate Response And Early Recovery In Emergency Situations. Projects That Are Executed Under Emergency Plans Generally Aim To: Immediate Response To Provide Temporary Emergency Shelter And Restore Basic Living Conditions Following Hurricanes Or Other Weather Events Affecting People And Economic Goals And Support In Repairing/Rebuilding Housing In Affected Locations. Long-Term Agreements Will Be In Force For A Period Of 2 Years. Its Renewal For An Additional Year Will Be Subject To Performance Evaluation. The Performance Evaluation Will Be Applied In Two Areas: Performance In The Processes Of Secondary Competition Or In The Calls Made To The Awarded Supplier In Case Of Being Awarded Only One Supplier And Performance Of The Purchase Orders That Are Awarded.
