The Office Of The Special Envoy Of Secretary-General For Yemen (Osesgy) And United Nations Mission To Support The Hudaydah Agreement (Unmha) Has A Requirement For The Provision Of Maintenance Services For Its Hp Printers Located At Their Offices In Aden, Hudaydah And SanaA. 2. The Required Services Shall Include The Provision Of Routine Quarterly Inspection, Preventive And Corrective Maintenance, Checking And Testing Of Equipment Functionality, Safety And Any Other Items Deemed Necessary According To The Manufacturers Recommended And Applicable Standards. 3. Osesgy/Unmha Fts Requires Interested And Qualified Vendors To Submit Proposals For The Maintenance Of Its Hp Printers (Spare Parts Included) To Establish A Nonexclusive Contract For An Initial Period Of 1 (One) Year With The Option To Extend For 2 (Two) Additional One-Year Each, Subject To Extension Of MissionS Mandate, Availability Of Funds And Satisfactory Performance Of The Contractor. 4.
