The Subject Of The Acquisition Are The Following Services: 1) 24/7 Home Care Physician Services Including Interval Clients And 24/7 Remote Physician Service (Northern Region And Southern Region) 2) Home Care Physician Services And 24/7 Remote Physician Service (Northern Region And Southern Region) 3) Telemedicine Support For Local Memory Diagnostics 4) Specialist Physician Service For The Local Geriatric Outpatient Clinic Services Is Described In Appendix 1. Service Description. This Procurement Concerns Procurements For The Northern And Southern Regions Of The Ostrobothnia Welfare Region. The Services Are Procured As A Single Unit To Be Produced By One Service Provider. The Northern Region Consists Of The Following Municipalities In Ostrobothnias Welfare Region: Kruunupyy, Luoto, Pedersöre, Pietarsaari And Uusikaarlepyy. The Southern Region, Respectively, Consists Of The Following Municipalities In Ostrobothnias Welfare Region: Kristiinankaupunki, Kaskinen, Närpiö, Korsnäs, Maalahti And Laihia.
