The Expansion Consists In Adding A Vestibule To The Eastern Façade And A Terrace On The Southern Side. Elevations Are Subject To Reconstruction - Adding/Rearranging And Changing Window And Door Woodwork. We Demolish Some Partition Walls Inside The Building And Design New Ones To Adapt The Rooms To The New Function Of The Facility (Common Room). The Exit From The Common Room To The Terrace Will Be Through The Enlarged External Door. A New, Brick Vestibule Will Provide An Entrance To The Building From The North Side (Ul. Polna). The External Walls Of The Ground Floor And The Foundations Will Ultimately Be Insulated. The Contractor Will Include In The Price Of The Offer: All Necessary Measurements, Including Geodetic Services For The Duration Of Construction, As-Built Geodetic Measurements, Finding And Adjusting The Existing Water And Sewage, Telephone, Gas And Power Devices To The Designed Elevation In Area, Water And Energy Supply For The Construction Site, As-Built Geodetic Map, Obtaining An Occupancy Permit On Behalf Of The Investor. Intended For Use On The Construction Site In Question, Should Be Disposed Of In Accordance With Applicable Law. The Building Is Equipped With Internal Electrical, Water Supply, Sanitary And Heating Systems, Which Are Subject To Renovation According Separate Technical Project.
