1. Scope Of Work: Execution Of The Investment - Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage Network With Connections In Andriollego Street In Otwockuna, Section From Ul. Narutowicza To Ul. Hrabiego As Part Of The Budgetary Task Entitled Construction Of The Sanitary Sewage System In Andriolli Street In Otwock. Documents Listed In Par. 3.2 And The Contractors Tender Offer Are An Integral Part Of The Contract And 1.3. In Addition, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Build A Sanitary Sewage Network With Connections In Accordance With The Technical Designs Of The Sanitary Sewage Network With Connections Attached To The Procedure In The Right-Of-Way Of Ul. Andriollego On The Section From Ul.Narutowicza To Ul. Hrabiego, 2) Adjustment Of The Height Of The Well, 3) Restoration Of Pavements Hardened With Ballast Within The Area Of The Works Performed, 4) Restoration Of Unpaved Surfaces By Fertilizing Fertile Soil. 5) Possible Reconstruction Of Colliding Elements Of The Overhead, Overground And Underground Utilities Network Along With The Regulation Of Devices Located In The Right-Of-Way In Consultation With The Owners Of The Network,6) Possible Felling Of Trees,7) Performing Maintenance Cuts Of Trees And Shrubs,8) Performing The Necessary Accompanying Works And Formal And Legal Activities Enabling The Execution Of Works And Handing Over The Completed Facilities For Operation - Including Technical Acceptance, As Well As Preparation Of Complete Documentation As-Built, Indicating The Changes Made, 9) Performing All Other Works Not Included In The Contract And Accompanying And Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, 10) Keeping A Construction Log, 11) Construction Insurance, 12) Organization Of Construction Site Facilities, 13) Securing The Construction Site, Neighboring Facilities , Including Trees Not Intended For Felling, Against Destruction As A Result Of The Works Carried Out And Tidying Up The Area In The Area Of The Works Performed After Their Completion,14) Ensuring Ongoing Geodetic Services Along With Geodetic Inventory Of The Works Performed,15) Developing And Introducing Temporary Traffic Organization For The Duration Of Construction Or Execution Works Without Undue Interference With The Current Road Traffic, 16) Agreeing With The Operator Access To The Property For Solid Waste Removal, 17) Notification Of The Date Of Commencement Of Works 7 Days In Advance, To All Network Administrators And Notification Of The Employer About The Performance Of These Activities, 18) Carrying Out Works Under The Supervision Of Authorized Representatives Of Network Operators, 1.4. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Performed In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Construction Art, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Standards And On The Terms Agreed With The Contractor On The Basis Of The Contract.1.5. During The Preparation Of The Offer, The Contractor Should Inspect The Site Of Future Works, Any Discrepancies Of The Design With The Existing State Are The Contractors Risk And Are Not The Basis For Claims For Additional Costs.
