Charter Driving Services 2021-2026 (Dps). The Target Of This Dynamic Procurement System (Hereinafter Dps) Is Charter Driving Services With Bus Fleet And Drivers In Mainland Finland For Customers Of Hansel Oy. The Object Of Dps Is Divided Into Two (2) Categories: 1. One-Time Chartered Services And 2. Standard Chartered Services. The Object Of The Dps Is Described In More Detail In The Request For Participation And Its Category-Specific Appendices, Especially In The Appendices Object And Conditions Of The Dynamic Procurement System. During The Duration Of The Dps, All Interested Candidates Can Apply To Participate In It. The Candidate Can Apply For Participation In One Category Or Both Categories. The Candidate Must Meet The Eligibility Requirements For The Category For Which The Candidate Applies For Participation. The Dps Is Valid Until The Date Stated In The Procurement Notice, Unless It Is Interrupted While The Dps Is Valid. Hansel Oys Customers Make Procurements Among Dpss Approved Candidates For The Relevant Category Through Dpss Internal Tenders, Which Can Be Scheduled For The Duration Of Dpss Entire Procurement Phase. The Procurement Phase Of Dps Starts After The Establishment Phase (February 1, 2021) And Ends When The Dps Expires. Procurement Contracts Based On Dpss Internal Tenders Must Be Concluded During The Validity Period Of Dps And Can Be Valid Until October 31, 2027 At The Most.
