During The Validity Of The Contract, The Contractor Has The Right To Make Changes In The Street Surface List (Appendix 2, Table 2) According To The Existing Situation And The Need, Provided That The Total Volume Of Surface Works (M2) Remains The Same Or Changes By No More Than 15%. The Purchaser Must Notify The Bidder Of Changes At Least 5 Calendar Days Before Starting The Work.
