The City Of Lapua / Sports Activity Is Acquiring An Led Video Board System (5M*3M) For The Sports Hall, As Well As An Image Scaler/Video Processor For The Video Board, 3-Sided 24S Shot Clocks, Basket Board Light Frames (Red And Yellow), A Media Player, A User Terminal For Controlling The Scoreboard, An Indicator Arrow For Shift Management And A Simple Slave Scoreboard. The Purchase Of The System Includes Installation And User Training. The Video Board Included In The System, Which Functions As A Scoreboard, Must Be Able To Meet The Requirements For The Main League Level Of Basketball (Basketball League) And, In Addition, Support Floorball, Futsal, And Volleyball. In Addition, The Delivery Must Include 3 Led-Based Clock Displays Displaying National Time, The Maximum Width Of Which Must Be 500Mm And The Number Height Must Be At Least 100Mm, And The Color Of The Led Is Red. The Screens Must Be Able To Be Installed On The Wall With The Wall Brackets Included In The Delivery. The Time On The Screens Must Be Synchronized At The Same Rate. The Front Surface Of The Screens Must Be Ball Impact-Resistant Polycarbonate Sheet (At Least 4Mm Thick) And The Screens Must Withstand Ball Impacts That Occur In Normal Use. Specification Of Requirements For The Led Video Board/Scoreboard System In A Separate Appendix. The Offer Must Include Additional Protection To Be Installed In Front Of The Led Video Board, Which Is Based On A Sparse Network Solution. The Outer Dimensions And Mesh Size Of The Protective Net Must Stop Ball Impacts On The Video Board, But Disturb The Image Quality As Little As Possible. The Net Is Provided Site-Mounted, And The Net Installation Mechanics Must Not Contain Sharp Corners.
