Powstańców Śląskich) With The Poviat Road No. 2270 O (Ul. Kolejowa) Consisting In The Correction Of The Length Of The Left And Right Turning Lanes And The Correction Of Islands Channeling Traffic. Along Powstańców Śl. Shortening The Lane For Turning Right (Entrance To Lidl) On The Section From The Roundabout To The Beginning Of The Intersection With Ul. Kolejowa Along With The Reconstruction/Widening Of The Existing Pavement.2. Liquidation Of The Existing Pedestrian Crossing At Km 18+974.3. Changing The Location Of The Existing Pedestrian Crossing At Km 19+113 Along With The Implementation Of Dedicated Lighting, Construction Of An Asylum Island And Reconstruction Of The Passageway. Construction Of A New Access Through The Green Belt To The Existing Car Park From The Passage In The Changed Location.4. Implementation Of Dedicated Lighting And Reconstruction Of Access Roads To The Existing Pedestrian Crossing At Km 19+162, Installation Of All Necessary Vertical And Horizontal Signs And Road Safety Devices, Including A System For Guiding People With Visual Disabilities, In Accordance With The Guidelines For Designing Infrastructure For Pedestrians (Wr-D-41- 2) Part 2: Designing Linear Infrastructure In Accordance With The Needs Resulting From The Design Documentation Approved By The Employer.5. In Order To Identify The Subject Of The Contract. - Reconstruction Of Colliding Devices And Networks Of The Existing Underground And Above-Ground Infrastructure: Teletechnical And Energy Devices, Water Supply Networks, Rainwater And Sanitary Sewage Systems, Gas And Heating Networks, Drainage And Hydrological Devices, Etc. - Reconstruction Of The Damaged Surface During The Implementation Tasks. - Possible Correction Of Curbs Or Possible Replacement Of Damaged Curbs Within The Indicated Pedestrian Crossings And Crossings. - Securing And Marking The Place During The Execution Of Works; - Presentation Of Preliminary Design Solutions To The Ordering Party, Taking Into Account The Mats Used Materials For Approval; - Preparation Of Design Documentation For Lighting Pedestrian Crossings And A Crossing For Cyclists, Along With The Necessary Arrangements. - Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Correction Of The Power Line, Along With The Necessary Arrangements. - Obtaining The Necessary Arrangements, Opinions, Decisions And Permits On Behalf Of The Ordering Party Required For The Proper Performance Of The Task, Including Arrangements With The Managers Of Subordinated Roads And A Permit For The Implementation Of A Road Investment (Zrid). - Preparation Of A Notification And Obtaining A Certificate Of No Grounds For Raising Objections To The Notification Of Construction Works. - Preparation And Notification Of Devices For Supplying Voltage And Start-Up Of Devices; - Implementation Of Works Based On A Study Agreed And Approved Executive Designs; - Preparation Of The As-Built Geodetic Inventory (Of The Facility With The Connection); - Installation Of The Necessary Signage And Road Safety Devices In Accordance With The Completed Design Stage. - Preparation Of As-Built Documentation, Taking Into Account Changes And Corrections Introduced During Construction Works; - Conducting Tests And Controls Provided For The Above Works; - Electrical And Road Supervision Over The Above The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With All The Requirements Set Out In The Fup, In A Logical Whole Necessary To Complete The Design Process And Resulting From Applicable Law, As Part Of The Lump Sum Amount
