1. The Subject Of The Contract Is: Purchase And Delivery Of A Brand New Medium Rescue And Firefighting Vehicle With 4X4 Drive For The Osp In Łęg.2. The Basic Requirements That The Offered Car Should Meet: A) It Must Meet The Requirements Of Polish Road Traffic Regulations, Including The Requirements For Emergency Vehicles, In Accordance With The Road Traffic Law (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 988, As Amended) Along With Implementing Provisions. B) Regulation Of The Minister Of Internal Affairs And Administration Of June 20, 2007 On The List Of Products Used To Ensure Public Safety Or To Protect Health And Life And Property, As Well As The Rules For Issuing Admission Of These Products To Of Use (Journal Of Laws No. 143, Item 1002, Of 2010, No. 85, Item 553 And Of 2018, Item 984 And Of 2022, Item 2282) C) Regulations Of The Ministers Of: Interior And Administration, Defense National, Finance And Justice Of March 22, 2019 On Special Vehicles And Vehicles Used For Special Purposes Of The Police, Internal Security Agency, Foreign Intelligence Agency, Military Counterintelligence Service, Foreign Intelligence Service Military Intelligence, The Central Anti-Corruption Bureau, The Border Guard, The State Protection Service, The National Revenue Administration, The Prison Service And The Fire Brigade (Journal U. 2019 Item 594). D) The Car Must Be Marked With The Operational Numbers Of The State Fire Service In Accordance With Order No. 1 Of The Commander-In-Chief Of The State Fire Service Of January 24, 2020 On Transport Management In Organizational Units Of The State Fire Service (Journal Of Laws Of The State Fire Service, Item 3 As Amended)E) It Must Have A Certificate Of Admission To Use In State Fire Service Units Issued By The Scientific And Research Center For Fire Protection In Józefów Near Otwock. The Employer Requires The Submission Of A Valid Cnbop-Pib Admission Certificate For The Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicle Offered By The Contractor Along With The Offer. F) It Must Have A Valid Chassis Approval Certificate. 2 H) Vehicle And Chassis Brand New, Chassis Year 2023, Engine, Chassis And Cab From The Same Manufacturer.3. The Car Must Meet The Requirements For The Medium Class M (According To Pn-En 1846-2). 4. Category 2 Car - Off-Road (According To Pn-En 1846-1) - No Other Category Of Vehicles Is Allowed Due To The Specificity Of The Terrain And The Activities Of The Unit. 5. If In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Documentation Of The Procedure, Tender Explanations, The Ordering Party Indicates The Names Of Manufacturers Of Materials, Equipment, Etc., This Means That The Contractor May Adopt Solutions Indicated By The Ordering Party Or Equivalent. However, The Contractor Must Demonstrate That The Materials, Equipment, Etc. Used Are Equivalent. When Describing The Subject Of The Contract By Reference To The Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Sec. 1 Point 2 And Par. 3 Of The Public Procurement Law Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, And Such A Reference Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent.2. All Terms And Names Of Materials Are Used Only To Determine The Quality Parameters Of The Materials Used. Failure To Specify Specific Requirements By The Employer Regarding The Performance Standard (Quality Of Materials, Equipment, Devices, Etc.) Means That The Contractor Will Fulfill Its Obligations When It Maintains The Average Performance Standard, After Its Acceptance By The Employer.3. The Contracting Authority Shall Consider The Tender To Be Equivalent If It Presents The Subject Of The Contract With Functional And Qualitative Properties Equal To Or Better Than Those Specified In The Tor, But Marked With A Different Trademark, Patent Or Origin.
