The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of A Functional And Utility Program For The Task Entitled Construction Of A Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant With An Office Building (An Overview Map Of The Location And An Overview Technological Diagram) On The Plots From 313/9 To 313/19 In Żołędowo. Environment, As Well As The Environmental Impact Report To The Extent Required By Rdoś, Pgw Wody Polskie And Sanitary Inspectorate, Which As The Authorities Issuing Opinions On Kip May Require Its Preparation. A Final Decision Of The Water Law Permit For The Discharge Of Treated Sewage To The Receiving Body, I.E. The Brda River, - Obtaining Technical Conditions For Connecting All Media (If Required). - Development And Agreement With The Employer Of A Concept Containing A Development Plan For The Investment Site, Taking Into Account All Necessary Elements, - When Designing, All Technological Solutions Should Be Agreed With The Employer And Obtained Its Approval, The Final Selection Of A Specific Technological Solution Is Made By The Employer, - Specify The Estimated Investment Costs, - Prepare A Quantitative And Qualitative Balance Of Wastewater - Development Of Functional And Utility Programs In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of September 2, 2004 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Project Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Functional And Utility Program, - After Development Land Development And The Concept Of The Sewage Treatment Plant Together With The Office Building, The Contractor Will Provide These Materials To The Employer. The Osielsko Commune Will Announce Social Consultations, In Which The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Actively Participate. Part No. 1: Construction Of The Municipal Sewage Treatment Plant The Functional And Utility Program Should Be Developed For The Plots With The Numbers Mentioned In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Biological And Mechanical Municipal Sewage Treatment Plant In Żołędowo Should Be Designed In A Flow System Based On Low-Loaded Activated Sludge With An Increased Degree Of Nutrient Reduction For The Object Pe > 15,000. Technological Elements Causing Nuisance Should Be Located In Closed Rooms, Which Will Be Equipped With Devices Eliminating These Nuisances. The Heat Source Will Be Treated Sewage. The Installation Should Not Interfere With The Wastewater Treatment Process In The Biological Part.
