The Subject Of The Contract Is The Construction Of A Section Of The Gravitational Sanitary Sewage System At Ul. Bolesława Chrobry And Ul. Adam Mickiewicz In Międzylesie. This Is The 1St Stage Of The Investment Entitled Construction Of A Water Supply Network And Sanitary Sewage System In Chrobrego Street In Międzylesie. The Investment Results From The Change In This Section Of The Pressure Sewage System Into A Gravity Sewage System. The Construction Of The Sewage System Section Includes A Pipeline With A Length Of Approx. 244 M + 15.4 M Of Connections And 8 Inspection Chambers, Concrete Dn1000 With A Cast Iron Manhole With D400 Concrete Filling. The Construction Of The Sanitary Sewerage Section Is Intended To Discharge Sewage From Individual Plots To The Sewage Treatment Plant. The Investment Will Be Implemented Both In The Belt Of Plots Of The Municipal Road On Plot No. 465 And The District Road No. 3269D On Plot No. 466. On September 23, 2020, The Międzylesie Commune Obtained Decision No. 66/Xiii/B/2020 Of The Permit For Construction Of A Water Supply Network And Sanitary Sewage System On Plots No. 466, 469 And On Part Of Plots, Reg. This Investment Concerns A Change On The Section From Building No. 4 At Ul. Chrobry To The Existing Sanitary Sewage System In Ul. Mickiewicz; I.E. Redesign - Reconstruction Of The Pressure Sanitary Sewage System Into The Gravitational Sewage System In This Section. The Area For Which The Project Is Being Carried Out Is Located In Międzylesie At Ul. Bolesława Chrobry And Adam Mickiewicz And Covers The Existing Municipal And District Road With Asphalt Surface. Chrobrego And Mickiewicza Streets Are Part Of The Network Of Streets In The Communication System Of Międzylesie. This Street Serves Mainly Residential And Service Areas, Multi-Family Housing. Existing State Of Development Of Plots And Land. All Known Conflicts With Third-Party Underground Utilities Are Shown On The Site Plan And Longitudinal Profiles. Appropriate Industry Agreements Have Been Made And The Content Of The Agreements Has Been Included In The Design Documentation. Changes May Not Apply To The Requirements Described By The Road Manager. The Contractor Is Obliged To Secure And Maintain The Construction Site By Erecting Temporary Fences, Marking Passages, Marking The Construction Site, Securing Underground Networks Against Damage. Purchased And Built-In Materials Must Comply With Polish Standards, Requirements Set Out In Art. 10 Of The Construction Law Act Of July 7, 1994 (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 2351, As Amended), Art. 5 Of The Act Of April 16, 2004 On Construction Products (Journal Of Laws 2021, Items 12, 13). The Contractor Is The Owner And Producer Of All Waste Generated As A Result Of Construction Works. At Each Stage Of The Works, Access To Adjacent Properties And Farmsteads Or Side Roads Leading To Them Should Be Ensured.
