The Subject Of The Contracts Entered Within The Individual Categories Of The Dynamic Purchasing System Will Be The Comprehensive Provision Of Media Space According To The Requirements Of The Public Contracting Authority In The Territory Of The Slovak Republic, In The Countries Of The European Union And In Non-European Countries. The Detailed Specification Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract Will Be Set Out In The Invitations For Tenders, Which Will Be Sent To All Qualified Bidders For The Relevant Category Of The Dynamic Purchasing System In Which The Contract Will Be Awarded. The Public Contracting Authority Will Enter Specific Orders Within The Dynamic Purchasing System Separately For The Individual Categories Listed In Point 3.1 Of This Part Of The Tender Documents At Irregular Intervals And To Varying Extents. When Entering Specific Orders In All Categories Of The Dynamic Purchasing System, Offers Will Not Be Submitted In The Form Of A Catalog.
