Expert Services For Bridge Inspections, Design And Site Supervision. The Technical Services Of The City Of Kotka (Customer, Procurement Unit) Requests Offers For General And Special Inspections Of Bridges, Design And Construction Services, As Well As Supervision During Construction Work And Site Services In Accordance With The Request For Tenders And Its Appendices. Procurement Is Divided Into Three Areas: Section 1. General And Special Inspections Of Bridges Section 2. Design Of Bridges Section 3. Bridge Construction And Working Land Supervision The Offer Can Be Left In One Or More Sub-Areas. The Competition Establishes Framework Arrangements For Each Sub-Area: All Bidders Who Meet The Suitability And Minimum Requirements Are Selected For The Sub-Areas. Each Sub-Area Will Establish Its Own Framework Arrangement Lasting Two (2) Years, Which The Customer Can Extend By Separate Decisions By Adopting Two (2) One (1) Year Options. The Procurement Is Carried Out As A Framework Arrangement, Because The Quantity, Scope And Exact Content Of The Expert Services To Be Procured Cannot Be Estimated In Advance. Services Are Procured During The Contract Period As Needed, In The Procurement There Is No Prior Commitment To Certain Procurement Quantities. The Framework Arrangement Does Not Include Quantity Or Minimum Purchase Obligations. Parallel Or Alternative Bids Are Not Allowed.
