Support To The Public Sector Transformation Programme The Project Manager will assist the National Works Agency in carrying out its Project Management Services responsibilities lo supervise the construction of the GovNet underground fibre optic cable infrastructure to enable communication between GovNet Core sites within the Kingston Metropolitan Area. The fibre optic project manager shall assist with planning and design of underground fibre optic cable routes between GovNet core sites. This includes reviewing cable routes, placement of manholes, road reinstatement, documenting fibre link budget, splice loss and managing the coordination of access to MDA sites. The Project Manager will attend technical meetings to provide updates on construction activities and cable installation
