Agile Delivery Lead The Role Reporting To The Chief Information Officer (As The Cms Program Director), The Agile Delivery Lead Will Be Accountable For Leading The End-To-End Agile Delivery Processes Of The Aats Case Management Systems Program. The Ideal Candidate Will Understand Agile And Product-Based Ways Of Working, Balance The Needs Of Multiple Priorities With Agile Planning Processes, And Operate As The Chief Scrum Master, Whilst The Business Matures, To Drive And Solidify Agile Ways Of Working. You Will Be Pivotal To The Delivery Of The Aats Ministerially Announced Key Business Initiative (New Case Management System) And Will Be Responsible For Driving The Delivery Of The Programs Scrum/Safe Ways Of Working. You Will Serve, Coach And Challenge The Program Stream Teams To Build A High-Performance Culture, Facilitating Agile Practices Whilst Helping Ensure The Program Streams Are On Track.The Objective Of This Role Is To Lead The Agile Planning And Delivery Oversight To Ensure Successful Delivery Of The Cms Program (Supporting The Cio/Program Director) And Continuously Improve The Quality And Velocity Of Value Being Delivered By All Delivery Streams/Teams. This Role Is 30% Strategic Planning, And 70% Hands On Management Of Delivery Of Digital Products.
