The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is: Construction Of A Digital Telecommunications System For Voice And Data Transmission In The Sofia - Mezdra - Cherven Bryag Section Of The 2Nd Main Railway Line. The Facility Is A Third Category Building According To Article 137, Para. 1., Item 3 Letter H Of Zut. It Is Planned That The Main Activities Will Be Implemented In Two Phases, As Follows: Phase I - Design - Preparation Of A Detailed Working Project For The Supply And Construction Of A Digital Telecommunications Network And All Associated Systems: Digital Transmission And Multiplexing Systems, Station Concentrators For Connections Of Duty Managers And Dispatchers, Clocks, Passenger Information Systems - Notice And Electronic Boards , Video Surveillance Of Stations And Station Areas, A System For Centralized Management, Diagnostics And Control Of All Built Subsystems In The Section. After Approval Of The Work Project By The Employer, The Contractor Must Coordinate The Prepared Parts Of The Approved Work Project With All Affected And Interested State And Municipal Authorities And Institutions, And Provide Full Assistance To The Site Construction Supervision Consultant In Obtaining The Relevant Permit For Construction By The Competent Authorities. Phase Ii - Execution Of Deliveries, Construction, Dismantling And Assembly Works According To The Agreed And Approved Work Project By The Competent Institutions, In Accordance With The Bill Of Quantities Presented By The Contractor, Agreed By The Consultant And Approved By The Contracting Authority, According To The Linear Schedule Developed And Presented In Phase 1 , Also Agreed And Approved By The Contracting Authority; Supply Of Spare Parts, Specialized Devices And Tools For System Maintenance And Training; Implementation Of Authors Supervision During Construction By The Designer According To The Provisions Of Art. 162 Of The Zut; Preparation Of A Final Detailed Bill Of Quantities For The Purpose Of Handing Over The Site To The Contracting Authority With Protocol Form 15; Preparation Of Construction Executive Documentation; Rendering The Necessary Assistance To The Construction Supervision For The Preparation Of A Technical Passport And Commissioning Of The Construction By The Competent State Authorities.
